While it is certainly not a five-star establishment, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They even allowed guests to leave their keys behind the desk when going demodé for drinks, which was a great way to ensure that keys were not lost. Although some reviews have mentioned the small size of the bathroom, I personally did not find this to be an issue. After all, who would want to take a long, steamy bath in the beautiful weather of Benidorm? Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely consider staying there again in the future.
